A small B&B we booked for a family occasion. Clean room and generally good but we had a few issues: shower not working - very low water pressure (the hose was not twisted - we tried that); close to a noisy road (I lived in a local village for many years and the road is renowned for boy racers) - we needed the windows open due to the hot weather; no soap in bathroom. With the windows closed the double glazing works well. We mentioned the shower to the landlady who was surprised that it wasn't working as her partner is in the plumbing trade. Given our experience we don't think 3 stars is an unfair review; we are not serial bad reviewers. If the problems we had are sorted (or pointed out) we'd have no hesitation in recommending.

There is always a good welcome at Sunnysideview with comfortable ensuite rooms and great breakfasts. You won't come away hungry that's for sure! A friendly hostess and lovely surroundings make for brilliant visit.
Really lovely hostess in Liane who did her best to make me feel at home for the whole week. Room was clean and comfortable, with top notch bedding. Really loved the home made soaps in the bathroom with rosemary from the garden and no added chemicals. Breakfast too was all local produce with plenty of variety and options. Yogurt and milk from a local dairy and proper coffee. Would definitely visit again.
